Summary: We were in town for a few short days to visit family. The water heater had gone out at the house but the owner called ahead to let me know that and offer to either refund part of our money or help us find another place to stay. We chose to stay and she did in fact, refund a partial payment back to us as promised. The house is super cute and close to everything. She even had coffee and waffles stocked for us! We will definately be back the next time we come to town.
